A cosy little (ok, its quite big) sanctuary by the seaside. Plenty of breeze and shade. Even when it is now high noon.

My Coke Light came fast. Served on ice in a tall glass with 2 slices of lemon.
BLT Sandwich comes after 5 mins.

There are a few flies around. Quite unavoidable in an open & nature place.

Codiments are only 2 bottles of Maggis.

BLT comes with Vinegerette Salad and Fries.
The fries are quite sizable. slightly salted. Golden brown. Medium cut. It ain't scorching hot. But not too soggy. To me, I like it. especially since it doesn't burn your hands. The Vinigered Salad is only greens with a sliced tomato on top. I like the Sweet Vineger though. But I think it should be something from the supermart. But at least, its better then thousand island.

BLT is Triple deckered with normal toasted & buttered white bread. The toast is not well done. The colour is there, but the table knife is unable to do a clean cut on the bread. Let's hope that this is only a consistancy problem. The bacons are generous. However, they are too dried. Perhaps they are pre-cooked and then fried another time. One of the 'driest' ones which I have had yet. Somehow the taste of ginseng (taste one today if you have never tried it. It is a Chinese Medicinal Root) comes lingering on my tastebud when I sink my teeth into the sandwich.

The lunch crowd on the Thursday consisted of mostly expats and a few business people. Perhaps the locals do not normally drop by the beach on weekdays anyway.

The Beach Hut is I would say, another beach bar. Serving over the counter food and banking on the ambience.
